Our Guesthouse also offers a space called the “common area” for either an event, training seminar, or any related activity. Tell us the description of your activity in a short email and we are more than happy to offer our venue for short-term or hourly rental. Our unique common area also serves as your everyday recreation. Here travelers meet, greet, eat, teach, and enjoy the ambiance.

The common area also offers kitchenettes free of cost to all our guests. Reheat your meals with our microwave, enjoy a hot coffee in the morning with our coffee makers, or store your food in our brand-new refrigerator. You can also refill your water bottle with our cold water dispenser or blend your smoothie to go with our blenders. We have tables and chairs in case you want to enjoy your lunch with your family or have a business conference with your group.
